Orders are available to pickup on the Ranch Monday through Wednesday 10-4 and Friday 9-2. You can come to the Ranch as soon as you'd like once your order is placed.

Orders ship on Monday or Tuesday after your order was placed. Meat orders usually arrive within 48 hours after being shipped from the Ranch. Non-perishable orders take 3-5 business days in transit.

Perishable goods should arrive to your home frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen, please kindly contact us with your name + order number and we would be happy to ship you a replacement box (if quantity or specific cut unavailable- equal or greater value goods will be used in replacement box).

Once your order is placed, we do not guarantee address can be edited/changed. You are responsible to provide correct shipping address at checkout. Please verify all shipping-related information is correct before finalizing order.
